Advanced Solar PV System Design

This intensive three-day training course will give students an in-depth exposure to the numerous considerations involved in the design and permitting of a PV system. The course will cover design and permitting of both residential and commercial solar installations, up to 100 kilowatts in size. This course is for contractors, engineers, designers, and solar industry professionals who want to further their knowledge of solar design.

OSHA 10-Hour Safety For Solar Professionals

The Solar Training Institute and UC San Diego OSHA Training Institute has partnered to develop the first OSHA Safety Training for Solar Professionals that provides safety awareness training on the top construction hazards and introduce OSHA standards, policies, and safe work procedures. The class will also emphasize specific safety hazards found in solar construction projects.
